If you are having trouble repaying your loan(s) or have fallen behind with repayments, please contact us on 0333 003 7188 so that we can understand your current circumstances and work with you to find a suitable solution.

If you think you might be eligible to apply for deferment of your  student loan repayments, please contact us to request a Deferment Application Form. If your application is accepted, we will defer repayment of your loan(s) for 12 months.

It is important to know that if you do not make your monthly repayments, arrears will accrue on your account (unless an application for deferment is accepted) and information regarding any outstanding arrears may be registered with the Credit Reference Agencies which may affect your ability to obtain credit both now and in the future.
