Ofcom changes to call charges

From 1st July 2015, the regulator Ofcom is changing the way 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers are charged. To avoid any confusion, we have changed our telephone number to begin with 03, which will be charged at standard geographic rates and will be included in any call plans you may have on landlines or mobiles.

Therefore, from today our new telephone number for customer in the UK is 0333 003 7188. Overseas customers should continue to call on (+44) 113 318 9010. International calls may vary, so please check with your network provider for further information.
