April is one of the peak months for deferment applications being submitted by Erudio Student Loans customers. If you’re sending in an application with the appropriate evidence please only send copies of original documents as the return of original documents cannot be guaranteed. Black and white copies of documents are sufficient.

When submitting copies of original documents, please make sure the copy is legible. If you need to highlight any information, please circle or underline the relevant parts, but please don’t highlight through or over any text.

Once received by Erudio Student Loans, copied documents are scanned and retained electronically with paper copies of the document destroyed via a confidential waste disposal process.

Where original documents are identified within deferment applications, Erudio Student Loans will endeavour to return them via standard post (NB: documents can’t be returned via recorded delivery regardless of how they were received).
